On July 1stwe present Thrill of the Grill. In Southern California, we can grill year-round, but summer still seems to be the season to fire up the coals (or propane) and slap something tasty on the barbie. Come learn some tricks of the trade, and get some new ideas for your BBQ. We will cover the basics, focusing on meat and sides. Light meal included.
Then on July 7th join us for Fish on the Grill. Does grilling fish scare you? Come and get the tips and tricks that will have you grilling wonderful, flavorful fish all summer long. From shrimp to salmon, we will fire you up with great ideas for this healthful and tasty technique. Light meal included.
Special Culinary Travel Event! Join Chez Cherie in October for a fabulous 8-day Culinary Tour of Sicily! We’ll be staying at two beautiful farmhouse estates where we will learn the secrets of cooking traditional Sicilian recipes from local chefs, explore the wonders of ancient Sicily, see its vibrant markets, and meet local food heroes. This is a lovely time to visit Sicily to enjoy autumn’s bounty from the green fields, forested hills and blue seas!
Private Cooking Parties!Our delightful bistro-style dining room, outdoor garden patio, and commercial demonstration kitchen is the perfect place to host your own hands-on Cooking Party. Invite 10 to 30 guests and we'll create a unique and enjoyable culinary evening.
