You can register and pay for classes in three ways:

Online. You can register and pay by credit card from the Class Schedule page. This is our preferred payment option, and the best way to ensure a spot in class. 

Mail a check. Use the email below and list the classes you want. After we've replied and confirmed availability, you can send payment by check to:

Because food must be purchased and curriculum prepared in advance, tuition is not refundable. Students who cancel more than 48 hours prior to class may reschedule or receive a class credit. Thank you for your understanding.
