Chez Cherie offers cooking classes, corporate Culinary Team Building programs and Private Cooking Parties in the foothills of La Canada, and serves businesses in Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, and the greater Los Angeles area. Take a cooking class and learn to love food!
On August 26th, we present Summer Salad Meals. It's hot, and that means chilling out in the kitchen. The recipes in this class will enable you to cook while it's still cool, and pull together delicious and enticing fare for friends and family. Salads take center stage in this class with healthful and satisfying main dish recipes.
And on September 2nd join us for Knife Basics. In this class, we will discuss selecting, storage, care and use of knives. A good knife is by far the most important tool in the cook's arsenal. Students will practice holding and using knives safely, as well as basic cuts and techniques. We’ll cover other essential kitchen equipment as well.
Private Cooking Parties! Our delightful bistro-style dining room, outdoor garden patio, and commercial demonstration kitchen is the perfect place to host your own hands-on Cooking Party. Invite 10 to 30 guests and we'll create a unique and enjoyable culinary evening. Contact us for details.
